Laying in the kitchen.

It’s very rare that she lay that still when there’s food around, especially still enough for a picture! The vet ran some tests, and she has hookworms and an infection. I’m so glad that’s all it is. I had my mind set on the worst case scenario. Worms and an infection will be easy to treat. All the dogs are on meds so we can kick this out quick.

After all that, we went to Bob’s parents’ house and dyed Easter eggs. It was an awesome time. Here are my favorite shots from the evening:

Saw this at Target and had to laugh. My sister’s boyfriend calls Scout the “green one” – what a coincidence. :)

They know who loves them the most.

That was from one of my favorite books as a kid. And, I think of it every time I lay in the bed with the dogs, or see them all together:

I get up to go to the bathroom, and this is what I come back to. The dogs were not arranged that way when I got up. I swear. ‘Cause where would I have slept? No where.

In other news, it was nearly 50 degrees today. And that was super. I hope it gets to 60 tomorrow like they say it will.

Simon was sleeping on the other couch. He doesn’t ball up quite as small as Scout & Paisley do. :)

After work, I picked up pizza and headed back to Bob’s for dinner with him and his daughter. We had a blast. I discovered that I’m not very good at the new Mario Brothers for the Wii, but I’m pretty sure I’ll get better at it later on. I also got 10 rows of the vest done today. It’s the first real knitting I’ve done in about 2 weeks. :)

Happiness in action.

A Debut.

So, I guess this is Bob’s official debut on the blog. We’ve been spending a lot of time together over the last week, and I’m really happy about it. There are some things I’d love to say here, but I’m thinking these pictures say more than anything I can type right now will.
